		THE MISADVENTURES OF STEVE AND STEVE (3 PAGES): Continuing the BOINGTHUMP saga. In this strip we get to see kevin utilize his new lockpicking talents.
		OFF THE ROCKER with WINSTON SMITH (1 PAGE): Continuing the BOINGTHUMP saga. This strip is an excercise in which I was curious about using completely unrelated images to move a story along. I never tried it before and hopefully it worked out.
		KEYS TO THE KINGDOM (2 PAGES): Our guy, Kevin "Boingthump" Phenicle spends his term of being grounded on some very productive new activities and he learns a whole lot about how the phone system works.
		UNTITLED STRIP ABOUT THE STUDENTS FOR A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY: (4 PAGES) this strip provides a small overview of the sds and announces its comeback this year.
		TOM HAYDEN: AN INTRODUCTION: (3 PAGES) This is a small sample strip to go along with a pitch to produce a graphic adaptation of Hayden's memoirs.
		THE MYTHOLOGY OF BOINGTHUMP: (1 PAGE) A strip based on rumors and speculation about our protagonist in my current work in progress... ONE STEP AHEAD... (10 PAGES) So with the mythology strip we establish that Kevin is a bad dude...but might as well dig deeper into his past to see how his initial curiosity develops into full fledged hacker mode.
		LOOKING FOR KEYS IN THE DARK: (2 pages) Written By Harvey Pekar. The title is pretty self explainatory.
		MACEDONIA (graphic novel preview pages): 150 Page graphic novel. Written By Harvey Pekar (as taken from the text of Heather Roberson. These are just a few randomly selected pages of the graphic novel.
		MYSPACE, YOUR PLACE, YOUR FACE: (3 pages) This is a strip that explores the darker possibilities of all these hip social networking sites that flocks of sheep-people congregate towards.

		WONDERFUL WORLD OF DRUGS: (3 pages)This set of strips was inspired by an Ivan Brunetti interview in which he talked alot about the clarity of storytelling using the same character sizes and camera angles. (link to the top shelf site) .
		A SHOT OF SUMPTHIN' SPECIAL: (1 page)This is a one-pager done for FOX MAGAZINE. This is an adults only magazine kids. Being a pornographer is cool.
		DEVIANT FUNNIES 2: (24 pages) "The Wizmantles". A therapeutic tale of a crazed family...extremely inspired by some real life events mixed with the UGGLY FAMILY by Dan Clowes. Revelations, Depression, violence, and schizo-type feelings run rampant through this one... (on sale at the shop)
		THE ENDURANCE TEST: (4 pages) I don't know what I was thinking on this one. A crazy masochist character based on a buddy of mine mixed with the famous Bob Flanagan . I got more interested in dense storytelling with alot of panels per page with this strip. It does get kinda muddy with extraneous detail.
		ISOLATION CHAMBER #2: (16 pages) The continuation of my obligatory journal comic strip excercise. The idea was to do a little bit of work documenting the events of the day, everyday. I had to give it up after this one because I found myself just hiding my nose in the sketchbook drawing about my problems instead of dealing with them. (on sale at the shop)

		AMERICAN SPLENDOR "OUR MOVIE YEAR": 28 pages, 2 stories, Befuddled is 4 pages, Around the world and back to earth is the final 24 page story in the book. I can't thank Harvey Pekar enough for trusting a nobody 21 year old kid with a few of his scripts. If I ever accomplish anything cool I need to thank this guy right next to my parents.
		ISOLATION CHAMBER #1: (20 pages) Every cartoonist has tried a journal comic strip excercise at some point in there life. The idea was to do a little bit of work documenting the events of the day, everyday. To my suprise an honest to god story took place within these pages...unfortunately. (on sale at the shop)
		CHESTER GOULD: (2 page spread) (story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and R.Crumb when they took a trip to meet the creator of Dick Tracy during the years Detective Tracy visited the moon. Saying Chester "wasn't all there" is an understatement.
		PORT AUTHORITY: (3 pages) (2 pages)(story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and Art spiegelman.
		DEAD RAT: (2 pages)(story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and underground cartoonist Skip Williamson.
		MONKEYMIND!: (4 pages) (story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and underground cartoonist Justin Green.
		UNTITLED ZOMBIE STRIP: (8 pages)I just felt like telling a story without words. The art style was just an incidental part of this excercise (it gets pretty garish in spots).
2003
		WHITE ALBUM: (5 pages)(story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and underground cartoonist Spain Rodriguez.
		CRUMB'S HAT: (1 page) (story & art copyright Jay Lynch & Ed Piskor). This ones about Jay and underground cartoonist Robert Crumb. Robert Crumb denies these claims and i'm not sure they're meant to be true, I think I was supposed to illustrate him telling a joke and the punchline drawing comes across as more serious.
		NOT SO RUDE AWAKENING: (1 page) I spoke to Pekar in a stupor and it took some convincing to get me to believe it was him. I did this after I got off the phone with him, overnighted it to Harv and he still liked it even though I drew him kinda like a 'tard.
		THE MYSTERIOUS CONDOM: (4 pages) Trying to play with gray values on this one. The textures don't work at all...it completely flattens the images. Another autobio one.
		WHERE ARE YOU, LITTLE BITCH!: (5 Pages) This is an autobio strip that is about a kid I knew that disappeared. Too text heavy and sort of emo towards the end which makes it suck. The art is very rough too...but Harvey Pekar dug it enough to let me draw some stories for him.
